Hi there!

We’re excited to help you start sending beautiful and effective emails with WordFly! This guide will walk you through setting up your account, integrating with Tessitura, and preparing for your first campaign.

#01 // Account Setup

 

  1. Access Your Account
      • Your Account Owner should have received login credentials via email.
      • If you need access, contact your Account Owner or email us for assistance.
  2. Set Up Payment
  3. Configure Your Account
    Log into WordFly, go to the Account section, and complete these steps:

      • Fill out your Organization Info
      • Select your Email Pricing Plan
      • Set up 2FA verification (email or SMS) for all account users
      • Add From/Reply addresses, Google Analytics, branding, and fonts
      • Create your signup form, unsubscribe, preferences, and forward to a friend pages
      • Import unsubscribes from your previous ESP

#02 // Tessitura Integration

 

  1. Initiate Integration
      • We’ll contact Tessitura to set up your integration.
      • Tessitura Hosting Services will connect WordFly and Tessitura and advise you about any additional setup needed.
  2. Explore Add-Ons
  3. Post-Integration Steps
    Once Tessitura completes the integration:

#03 // Email Authentication and IP Warmup

REQUIRED. These steps are crucial for building your sender reputation and ensuring email deliverability.

  1. Publish the DKIM record provided by WordFly
    See the Getting Started email we sent.

  2. Publish your DMARC record according to our instructions

  3. Warm up your IP address

    • If you have over 20,000 email addresses, start sending slowly to avoid harming your sender reputation
    • Follow our IP warmup guide for detailed instructions

#04 // Schedule Account Review Meeting

REQUIRED. You cannot send email through WordFly until you attend your account review.

  1. Schedule a time with your assigned Customer Experience team member

  2. During this meeting, we’ll ensure all steps are completed correctly and your account is ready for the IP warmup plan.

  • Remember to complete all steps before attempting to send emails.
