Custom font tools

A faster way to add your Google, Adobe, and self-hosted fonts

You can now add custom fonts to your emails and pages without editing the HTML code. Follow these steps.

  • Save the embed code for one or more fonts on the Account > Branding page.
  • In the Settings tab in the editor, click Add custom font code to insert the font code into the design.
  • Open the Stylesheet tab to set the font name in the Font Family field.

Accessibility icon library

New in the editor

By request! You can now choose from 12 frequently used accessibility icons in the editor, such as Assistive Listening, Sensory Friendly, and Relaxed Performance. Look for the Browse Icons link to insert them into Image, Text, and Social Icons blocks.

Thank you to Jess at Bunjil Place for your ideas!

More editor updates

  • Two new style shortcuts
Added Vertical Align shortcut to Column block and Icons Alignment shortcut to Social Icons block.

  • Sub-bullets in Text blocks
You can now add indented sub-bullets within lists. Click Tab to add sub-bullets and Shift-Tab to remove them. Thank you for your request, Catherine at National Coast Guard Museum!

  • Import Content bug fix
We fixed the issue where the preview only opened for the first email you clicked.

  • Email step: Button text changes
“Use the WordFly editor” is now “Choose a starter design”
“Copy an existing email” is now “Duplicate an email”

  • Email step: Starter design window
Tabs now say “Basic starters” and “Your starters”
If an account has custom starter emails, the “Your starters” tab will load by default.

  • Subscribers step: Button text changes
“Use a Tessitura/Centaman/Altru list” is now “Import from Tessitura/Centaman/Altru”

Seed list updates

We made improvements focused on permissions, visibility, and clarity about seed lists in several areas throughout the app.

  • Account permission has always been required to designate a seed list, but it is also now required to view and edit the seed list.
  • The green seed list icon now appears next to designated seed lists on all list grids.
  • If a designated seed list exceeds 100 addresses, only the first 100 will be included in the campaigns.

Improvements + fixes

  • Workflow campaigns in Tessitura custom screen
Campaigns that are part of workflows will now appear in the Sent Emails screen. Thank you for your input, Theatre Royal and Royal Concert Hall!

  • Account > SMS Settings (10DLC/Toll-Free)
When you select an SMS signup list, we are now auto-creating a downloadable QR code that you can use in digital or print projects. It will open a START message to your SMS number that patrons can use to sign up for your SMS program.

  • SMS list imports for Australian numbers
We updated our valid number pattern for importing Australian numbers. Mobile numbers are always 11 characters, including country code.

  • Reporting > Export Data
An email channel “button” now appears next to the data type dropdown. “Email” also appears in front of all dropdown options. This was done in preparation for SMS data exports.
