Create a new email design

You can build your email in two places within WordFly: the Email > Emails section or inside an Email Campaign. Either way your email design will always be available under the Email > Emails section.

 

Build an email inside a campaign

 

To build your email inside a campaign

1. Go to Emails > Email Campaigns

 

2. Click on the name of your in-progress email campaign

 

3. Click on the Email tab

 

4. Click Use the WordFly editor

 

 

To access an in progress email design inside a campaign

1. Go to Emails > Email Campaigns

 

2. Click on the name of your in progress email campaign

 

3. Click on the Email tab

 

4. Click Select an existing one

 

Build an email outside of a campaign

 

To build a new email design under the Emails section

1. Go to Emails > Emails

 

2. Click Create an email

 

3. Click Use the WordFly editor

 

4. Name your email and select a starter email design

 

 

To access an in-progress email design under the Emails section:

1. Go to Emails > Emails

 

2. Click on the name of your in-progress email design

 

3. Click View/Edit

 

Once you have accessed your email design in any of the above methods, click Edit.

 

 

Starter emails (WordFly and Custom)

When you first start building your email, you will be asked to select a starter email, a pre-made email design that serves as a starting point for your custom design. Select the starter email that most resonates with the design you want to achieve. You’ll be able to edit every element of the starter email as you work.

 

When you create a new email design select a starter email, give it a name, and apply a label. Select Continue to then begin working on your design.
