A new mini menu for formatting captions, a social icons shortcut, and a toggle to show/hide archived campaigns. Plus, fixes and other improvements to make your workday a little easier.

Mini formatting menu

More text control for captions

A mini menu with the main essentials. Click into the Caption field to add bold, italics, links, special characters, and even links to image captions. We’ll be rolling this out to Buttons and Note fields next month and adding an emoji option, as well.

Social links shortcut

Adjust spacing between icons

Click on the Styles tab in any Social Links block to access the Icon Spacing shortcut. Drag the slider to set custom spacing between your social icon set.

Editor fixes

  • Browse media: Fixed issue where image and dimensions did not update after cropping
  • Image editor: When an Apply button is active for a tool, the Save button is now disabled
  • Improved Undo/Redo functionality

Show/hide archived campaigns

New toggle option for campaign grids

Archived campaigns no longer display by default in all areas where you view campaigns in WordFly. We made this change to optimize page load times. To see your archived campaigns in the view, click the show/hide archived campaigns toggle in the upper-right of the grid.

Improvements + fixes

  • CRM integrations
Improved error handling and page loading when the integration cannot connect

  • Compare campaigns
Improved word wrapping for campaign names and subject lines. Fixed issue where campaign link did not open the reporting detail page.

  • Run reports
Fixed issue where long campaign names prevented Select button from showing

  • Export data
“Subscribers by Account” export renamed to “Subscribers in Account (Active)”. This export has always contained only Active subscribers.

  • List summary
Added channel prefix to file name when list is exported

  • SMS campaigns
    Optimized performance for shortened links
