Our editor is even better! We rebuilt our text editing tools with improved cut/paste and undo/redo functionality. Plus, a new way to collect SMS signups.

Text editing glow-up

Rebuilt from the ground up for consistency and stability

  • Undo and Redo text changes
Game changer! You can now undo/redo multiple text actions inside an active window.

  • Paste in content from anywhere
We improved our support for content from Microsoft Word, Google Docs, emails, websites, and more. You can even paste tables and images into text areas!

Image tip: To set an image as responsive, double-click the image and set the class to full-width. This will allow the image to have a flexible width and render well on desktop and mobile.

  • Insert and edit tables
Look for the new table icon in the text editing bar. You can set the number of rows and columns, set a table header row, and add/remove/delete columns and rows. Tables will be responsive by default, but remember to use small images and flexible text for best results.

More editor features

  • Custom blocks tab
Blocks now appear in a compact grid. Drag them over as usual to your designs.

  • Table styles
In conjunction with the Insert Tables feature, we’ve added some basic table styles to our starter designs. To customize them, look for the new Table styles in the General section of the Stylesheet tab.

Use a new starter design to get the new table styles.
For existing emails, add your own styles in the stylesheet with this code.

  • Editor fixes
When blocks get really small, the Up/Down arrows now display on top of the block. Fixed issue where social icons could not be set to centered in mobile view.

SMS updates

  • Account > SMS Settings (10DLC/Toll-Free)
Now supporting Text to Donate using GIVE keyword. Additional cost and setup.

  • SMS Subscribe (10DLC/Toll-Free/Alphanumeric)
New dedicated page for SMS signups with double opt-in and preferences. No email address required.

  • Reporting > Export Data
Added option to export metrics, subscribers, and events for SMS campaigns. Added channel prefix to CSV name.

  • SMS Conversations
Now showing sent auto-responses as well as received messages

Improvements + fixes

  • Triggered Campaigns > Settings tab
Override Unsubscribes option is now toggled OFF by default

  • Image editor
Fixed bug where Save button was not active after resizing image

  • Labels
Fixed issue where code displayed instead of symbol

  • Pages > Subscribe Lightbox
Fixed issue where gadget did not load in certain cases

Forward page changes

For deliverability and security purposes, we are sunsetting the Forward page. In its place, we are moving to a mailto link that opens a message with a link to the View in Browser version.

  • Forward links in starter emails A-E, design system
Starting Wednesday, August 12, 2026, the Forward page link will be replaced with a mailto link that opens a message with the View in Browser version.

  • Forward links in existing emails, custom starter emails, custom blocks
Your existing Forward page will remain published and accessible from the Pages grid for the time being, but it will no longer function. To use the new mailto link, your existing Forward links will need to be updated manually by copying and pasting this code directly into the Link field.
