Set up WordFly–Raiser’s Edge responses

To send WordFly email event data back to your database, you will need to create a response category in Raiser’s Edge. After it is created, three responses must be added inside this category.

Set up response category and responses in Raiser’s Edge

1. In Raiser’s Edge, click on the Settings tab

2. Then go to Tables

3. Search for the Appeal Response table

4. Click + New entry to define the new valid string names
