A new feature for SMS, plus, an onscreen index for heat maps, Altru updates, and customer requests.
SMS Conversations
View incoming messages received at your sending number
See how your SMS audience is responding to your messages. Go to SMS > Conversations to view all incoming messages that have been received at your sending number, including Opt Outs, Opt Ins, Reactions, and more.
- Filter messages by response type, date, or SMS number. Longer messages can be viewed in a popup window.
- A butterfly icon indicates if the sender is an existing WordFly subscriber. Click on the number to access their subscriber profile page.
- Reactions include Loved, Liked, Questioned, Emphasized, and Laughed.
- Appears in all SMS customer accounts, even though all numbers may not have responses.
We are planning more enhancements to Conversations in the future, including two-way messaging!
Heat Maps

In the Reporting section, we’ve taken the heat map link index from the PNG/PDF version and added it to the onscreen version, as well. The new left-side panel can be toggled on or off using the arrow or the Command + ; or Control + ; shortcuts. Link nicknames will display when used.
Altru Integration
Hard bounces now marked as Do Not Email
By request! The “Do Not Email” flag will now display on the constituent email address if the address has hard bounced. It has always displayed for subscribers who opted out or reported an abuse complaint.
Inbox Preview
On the Testing step, Inbox Previews that are listed as Temporarily Unavailable or Slow on the Litmus platform now appear as disabled and cannot be selected within the Inbox Preview UI.

We resolved the issue where dynamic text did not display for subscribers who had a very high number of data field values.

- SMS Re-Opt-In
As of December 16, 2025, if an existing SMS subscriber who previously texted STOP then texts START to that same number, we are now clearing the previous Opt Out and allowing the number to be added to future lists. Full START support for brand new subscribers coming in Q1 2026.
Media
We launched several updates to help prevent accidental moving of folders and files. When dragging and dropping a folder or file into a new location, you will now be shown a confirmation notifier message at the top of the page. Click Yes to confirm the move. In addition, the main Pages folder and folders and files within that folder can no longer be moved into new locations.
