Available on the Settings tab in the email editor!

No time to write preview text? Click the yellow AI icon in the Settings tab to generate a 90-character summary of your email text.

 

 

Editor updates

Streamlined interfaces for blocks and text editing

The Blocks tab now appears on the left and opens by default. You will see an updated blocks menu now featuring the link to the WordFly Design System. We also refreshed various colors and icons throughout. Look for the red dot 🔴 ! A dot next to the Settings tab is a gentle reminder that you haven’t added preview text.

The content editor has a new look, too. Use the actions at the bottom of the field to quick-select tags, remove HTML formatting, or edit the HTML of a block.

 

 

SMS updates

Now send messages up to 320 characters, including emoji

New pricing changes went into effect May 1, 2025. You will now be charged for the total number of SMS message segments sent from your account each month to each destination country. To support these changes, we’ve made some updates in WordFly.

  • SMS Campaign > Message
    The Message step now gives you greater visibility to message counts before you send. You also have the option to send longer messages with a wider range of characters and emoji. 
  • Account > SMS Pricing
    View the destination countries and rates per message segment
  • Account > SMS Settings
    Review the sender ID and enabled countries for the account

Improvements + fixes

  • Altru Integration
    We have resolved the sync issue with Unsubscribes, Hard Bounces, and Complaints. However, due to quota limitations with Blackbaud SKY API, we are no longer syncing Opens, Clicks, and Soft Bounces. 

  • Editors > HTML
    Fixed issue where code comments containing HTML tags displayed in the editor in a certain case

  • Export Data
    Subscribers in a List and Subscribers in a Campaign exports now only include active subscribers

  • Subscriber Search
    Search will now only return active subscribers
