Here are some tips to help you log in successfully if your first attempt didn’t work:

|Check your account name||There should be no spaces in your account name.|
|Check your email address||The email address should be your personal company email address.|
|Check your password||Make sure caps-lock isn’t selected. Check for any accidental spaces or characters. Passwords must meet the character count and security requirements.|
|Forgot your password?||Click the I Forgot link next to the password field to go through the steps of resetting your password.|
|Are you resetting your password?||In the reset password process, provide the temporary password first and then type in your new password twice.|
|Check your security question and answer||In the reset password process, you will be asked to answer the original security question and answer you provided when you set up your login for the first time.|
