Here are some tips to help you log in successfully if your first attempt didn’t work:

Check your account name | There should be no spaces in your account name. |
Check your email address | The email address should be your personal company email address. |
Check your password | Make sure caps-lock isn’t selected. Check for any accidental spaces or characters. Passwords must meet the character count and security requirements. |
Forgot your password? | Click the I Forgot link next to the password field to go through the steps of resetting your password. |
Are you resetting your password? | In the reset password process, provide the temporary password first and then type in your new password twice. |
Check your security question and answer | In the reset password process, you will be asked to answer the original security question and answer you provided when you set up your login for the first time. |
