Here are some tips to help you log in successfully if your first attempt didn’t work:

|There should be no spaces in your account name.
|Check your email address
|The email address should be your personal company email address.
|Check your password
|Make sure caps-lock isn’t selected. Check for any accidental spaces or characters. Passwords must meet the character count and security requirements.

|Click the I Forgot link next to the password field to go through the steps of resetting your password.
|Are you resetting your password?
|In the reset password process, provide the temporary password first and then type in your new password twice.
|Check your security question and answer
|In the reset password process, you will be asked to answer the original security question and answer you provided when you set up your login for the first time.
