RSVP and Survey responses can only be tracked when your published page is linked in an email campaign and the link to the page contains the ?sid=##subscriberMailingId## tracking tag appended to the end, like this:
https://pages.wordfly.com/wordfly/pages/TLCC2018-Survey/?sid=##subscriberMailingId##
You can find this code in two locations.
Copy and paste the public URL

Go to Pages > Your page name > Settings tab

Copy the Public tracked link (top option)
- Paste it into any email campaign
Use Browse Pages tool when editing email

Select your content block in the editor

In the Link field, select Browse Pages

You will see all your Pages. By default, the option to Associate page responses with subscribers will be enabled.
- Leave the option checked if you want to track responses for subscribers on your RSVP and Survey pages.
- Only uncheck this option if you do not want to associate subscribers with RSVP and Survey Page results.

Select the Page you want to link to

Your Page URL will be added to the URL field (or href field)
The link will have the appropriate subscriber mailing ID tracking tag appended to the end, like this:
https://pages.wordfly.com/wordfly/pages/TLCC2018-Survey/?sid=##subscriberMailingId##

If you want to add additional parameters, use the Query String tool
Query strings with multiple parameters need to use an
&between the parameters. The Query String tool will help format it correctly.
