Message options
Add short link To include a link in your message, use our tool to create a shortened link. Enter your link in the Enter URL field. Include http:// or https:// in the field. When sent, the link will convert to a tracked short URL for each subscriber.
Adding a link automatically adds 25 characters to the character count.
Note: Pre-shortened links from other URL shortening services will not be tracked.
Personalization Click to insert First Name and any other personalization to your SMS message. Enter your alternate in the section “If missing, write”, this will display when the data is missing. Set a limit for your characters to ensure the data inserted from your list does not exceed the character limit.
Adding a data field automatically adds 5-100 characters to the character count.
