Get to know WordFly

Stay up to date

  • News + Updates
Click the News + Updates link inside WordFly to learn about our latest releases. To review our full list of updates and fixes, just click Release Notes. We’ve also dedicated an entire section of this site to what’s new with WordFly.

  • The WordFly School
Our online learning practice dedicated to helping arts, entertainment, culture, and public media organizations stay connected to their audiences. All classes are free! Go to Get Inspired > Classes

  • Email
Every person with a WordFly account login will receive our email newsletters. Watch your inbox and learn all about what’s new. The email is sent from support@wordfly.com, so be sure to add this address to your safe senders list.

Check system status

  • WordFly status page
We use our status page to notify you of planned and unplanned service disruptions. Is WordFly working? Visit https://wordflystatus.com/ at any time to find out.

  • Follow @wordflystatus on Twitter
We’ve created a separate Twitter channel to communicate status updates in real time.  https://twitter.com/@wordflystatus

  • In-app messages
When possible, we may warn you about service disruptions while you’re using WordFly. You’ll see these messages drop down from the top of the screen.

Protect your data

  • Your login should only be used by you
Do not share your account credentials. If a new person needs to log into WordFly, ask your organization’s account owner to add them.

  • Use a secure file sharing tool to send lists
Lists containing subscriber addresses and other personal data should never be emailed to others from a work or personal email. If you need to send a subscriber list to our support team, use the Secure Upload tool, located in the WordFly footer.
