When possible, we may warn you about service disruptions while you’re using WordFly. You’ll see these messages drop down from the top of the screen.
Protect your data
- Your login should only be used by you
Do not share your account credentials. If a new person needs to log into WordFly, ask your organization’s account owner to add them.
- Use a secure file sharing tool to send lists
Lists containing subscriber addresses and other personal data should never be emailed to others from a work or personal email. If you need to send a subscriber list to our support team, use the Secure Upload tool, located in the WordFly footer.
