What pricing plans are available

There are two options: Pay Per Email and the Monthly Subscriber Plan. Each organization should select the plan that best suits budget and sending needs.

Pay only for the emails sent each month. Each subscriber sent to is considered 1 email. This plan is great for organizations that have variable sending each month, and may have months without sending.

*Note: When you're first starting out, we'll default you to the Pay Per Email plan, but it won't be selected in your account. We'll just need you to select the plan that is best for your organization.

Pay one rate per month based on your active subscriber pricing tier for unlimited emails per month. This plan places you into a pricing tier based on the 'active subscribers' in your account. A subscriber is active when you have sent to their address in the past 90 days. This is our most popular pricing plan.

FAQs about WordFly billing

How will I pay for WordFly services each month?

Keep an eye out for emails from WordFly for your monthly invoices. In the first week of the month we will send an invoice email to the Billing contact(s) you've selected in the Account > Users section. The email will be coming from billing@wordfly.com with the subject line 'Your Monthly WordFly Invoice'.

Once you receive your invoice, there are three options for paying your account balance:

  • Mailing a check payable to POP, Inc., the parent company of WordFly. Please include the invoice number on the check.
  • Wire transfer — Email us for wire information
  • Credit card via PayPal — Email us to set up this option for your account. Each month your invoice email will include a link to pay with your credit card on the PayPal website.

How do the two pricing plans compare?

Let’s say you have 25,000 active addresses in your list and you send them one email each week for four weeks. Using WordFly’s Pay Per Email plan, you would pay $0.009 for each email you send (in this example, that’s 100,000 emails). That equals a total cost of $900. With the Monthly Subscriber Plan, you’ll just pay a flat fee of $350 for a savings of over 60%.

How do we decide which plan is best for us?

We can help! We’d be happy to set up a quick phone call with you to discuss your sending habits and list size to figure out the best plan for you. Our goal is to make sure that you save the most, whichever plan you choose.

Are there any other extra fees?

With both plans, you’ll receive the same great support and services from our experienced team, including: free email and phone support and free unlimited user accounts.

Some services are extra such as the Unlimited Inbox Preview Plan and Design Services.

How do we change our pricing plan?

Please email support@wordfly.com or call us at 1.206.728.7997 if you'd like to change your pricing plan.
