Review results for automated campaigns

CRM-integrated accounts have the option to send triggered email campaigns. These campaigns are treated like one long-running standard campaign. Each send adds to the previous send, creating one report.

 

Triggered Reporting Example

Let’s look at an example of triggered reporting. A subscriber has received the triggered email campaign three times over the course of three months. The subscriber has opened the email each time. This subscriber will only count as one unique open, and only the most recent open is the unique one. The same rules apply to unique clicks. Total opens and clicks will be cumulatively recorded and will show respectively under Total Opens and Total Clicks.

 

 

 

Is it possible to see reporting results for individual Triggered Campaign sends?

Yes. Go to Reporting > Export Data and select the option to export Metrics by Mailing. This data can also be reviewed in your CRM collecting event responses.
