Triggered Campaigns in WordFly are treated like one long-running Campaign. This means the reporting is collected just like it would for any other Standard Campaign.
Triggered Reporting Example
Let’s look at an example of Triggered reporting! A subscriber has received the Triggered Campaign 3 times over the course of 3 months. This address will only show up as one unique open, and only the most recent open is the unique one. The same reporting applies to unique clicks. The total opens and clicks will be cumulatively recorded and will show under Total Opens and Total Clicks.
Is it possible to see reporting results for individual Triggered Campaign sends?
WordFly does not parse any of the Triggered Campaign email responses into individual send times. Triggered Campaign reporting is only cumulative. However, individual Triggered Campaign reports can be pulled from your CRM.
