How to export subscribers who unsubscribed (by Campaign)

Quickly export all your unsubscribes for a single campaign (or up to 50).

1. Go to Reporting > Export Data

2. Under section 1, select Events by Campaign and then I'm Done.

3. Under section 2, select the campaign(s) you would like to review unsubscribe data. Then select I'm Done.

You can export up to 50 campaigns at a time.

4. Under Step 3, select the Event Types to export.

In this case, if you'd like to see all types of unsubscribe responses you'll want to select “Opt Out”, “Hard Bounce”, and “Abuse Complaint”. Then select the Subscriber data fields you would like to export (for example, Email and CrmSubscriberId).

5. Select “Start Export."

Export unsubscribes, abuse complaints, and hard bounces (by date range)

This export is handy if you need to do a bulk export from your account. For example, you can use this export option to export ALL unsubscribes, abuse complaints and hard bounces in your account.

1. Go to Reporting > Export Data.

2. Under section 1 (Select data type), select Events by Account. Then select I'm Done.

3. Under section 3 (Customize report), select all the types of data to export and any data fields.

Note, only the unsubscribes, abuse complaints and bounces are an option to select.

4. Then select Start Export.

Export addresses that are excluded from campaigns (blacklist)

An address can become blacklisted for a few reasons:

  • The first way is when you mark an address as 'Do not contact' from the subscriber's profile page in WordFly.
  • The second way is by unsubscribing from a Forward to a Friend email.
  • Or the subscriber clicked on the spam button for your email, submitting an abuse complaint.

Follow these instructions to export your blacklist:

1. Go to Reporting > Export Data.

2. Under section 1 (Select data type), select Email Blacklist. Then select I'm Done.

3. Under section 3 (Customize report), select Start Export.

The export will generate and you will be able to download it immediately. The export file will have a column for Exclusion type that will classify an address as Do Not Contact, Abuse Complaint, or Blacklist (forward to a friend unsubscribe).
