How to export subscribers who unsubscribed (by email campaign)
Quickly export all your unsubscribes for a single email campaign (or up to 50).
1. Go to Reporting > Export Data
2. Under section 1, from the dropdown select Events by Campaign. Then click I'm Done.
3. Under section 2, check the campaign(s) you would like to review. Then click I'm Done.
You can export up to 50 campaigns at a time.
4. Under section 3, select the Event Types to export.
In this case, if you'd like to see all types of unsubscribe responses you'll want to select “Opt Out”, “Hard Bounce”, and “Abuse Complaint”. Then select the Subscriber data fields you would like to export (for example, Email and CrmSubscriberId). Use the toggles to quickly select Engagement, CRM, and Preferences data fields.
5. Select Start Export.
Export unsubscribes, abuse complaints, and hard bounces (by date range)
This export is handy if you need to do a bulk export from your account. For example, you can use this export option to export ALL unsubscribes, abuse complaints and hard bounces in your account.
1. Go to Reporting > Export Data
2. Under section 1, from the dropdown select Events by Account. Then click I'm Done.
3. Under section 3, select all the types of data to export and any data fields.
Note, only the unsubscribes, abuse complaints and bounces are an option to select.
4. Then select Start Export.
Export addresses that are excluded from campaigns (blacklist)
An address can become blacklisted for a few reasons:
- Changing sending status to 'Do not contact' from the subscriber's profile page in WordFly.
- Unsubscribing from a Forward to a Friend email.
- Clicking the spam button, submitting an abuse complaint.
Follow these instructions to export your blacklist:
1. Go to Reporting > Export Data
2. Under section 1, from the dropdown select Email Blacklist. Then click I'm Done.
3. Under section 3, select Start Export.
The export will generate and you will be able to download it immediately. The export file will have a column for Exclusion type that will classify an address as Do Not Contact, Abuse Complaint, or Blacklist (forward to a friend unsubscribe).
