In WordFly you can browse to a list file (CSV, pipe-delimited, or tab-delimited file) on your desktop and import it.

Import a CSV file from your desktop
1. On the Subscribers step of your campaign, select “Import list from file”
(Alternate: Outside of a campaign, go to Subscribers > Email Lists > Create an Email List)
2. Select your file for import and click I'm Done
Browse to your subscriber list file. Select the type of file you are importing (CSV, pipe-delimited, or tab-delimited). Be sure to select First row contains column names if it applies. This will help with mapping data fields in the next step of the import process.
3. Map your list fields to Data Fields that exist in WordFly. Click I’m Done.
- This step is critical if you plan to use data fields for email personalization.
- WordFly will automatically map any previously mapped data fields.
- To map your fields, select Change on the far right. In the middle column called WordFly Fields select the appropriate data field from the dropdown that matches Your Fields data.
- You must map the WordFly Email field before you’ll be able to continue.
4. Click Start Importing
